PEN AND INK
This white-faced horse was quite a character.
I bumped into him at a Trillium horse show held at the Aylmer Fair grounds back in the early 1980s.
Every time I held the camera he had the most beautiful look until I went to snap my photo, then he bared his teeth and laughed at me.
One time he even pulled a raspberry. Yuck!
I did, with perseverance, manage to get a serious shot.
Later, I took one of this comic and sketched it.
I actually found the comedic look more interesting than the serious pose.
Maybe that’s the cartoonist in me.
